% 13.04.2017 The matter has been placed before the Court by the office. The decree was transferred vide order dated 26.08.2016 to the District Judge, Hisar, Haryana for execution of the award. However, it is pointed out that the same ought to have been transferred to District Judge, Bhiwani. Accordingly, the order dated 26.08.2016 is modified. In place of the matter being transferred to the Court of District Judge, Hisar for execution of the award, the same stands transferred to the Court of the District Judge, Bhiwani, Haryana for execution of the award.
