% 12.01.2018 I.A. No.485/2018 This is an application seeking correction of a typographical error in the order dated 21.12.2017 passed by this Court. In paragraph 13 of the order dated 21.12.2017 inadvertently the prayer made in OMP(I)(COMM) 544/2017 was not correctly recorded/reproduced. The present application is allowed and paragraph 13 of the order dated 21.12.2017 shall now be read as under:

"13. Notice on this petition was issued to the respondent on 10.11.2017. Though no reply was filed to the petition, the respondent filed its own petition under Section 9 of the Act, being OMP (I) (COMM) 544/2017 inter alia praying for the following relief:- "Pass an order thereby directing the respondents to either deposit the sum of Rs.3,74,00,096/- (Rupees Three Crores Seventy Four Lacs and Ninety Six Only) against loss of business and reputation including sum

of Rs.1,45,95,936.74 (Rupees One Crore Forty Five Lacs Ninety Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty Six and Seventy Four Paisa Only) against the value of the stock of drugs/medicines illegally held/possessed by the Respondent or in the alternate furnish a bank guarantee in the equal sum with this Hon'ble Court". The application is allowed in the above terms. Dasti.
