This application has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.2 for early disposal of the writ petition in view of the fact that the grievances raised by the Petitioners stand resolved and settled by grant of overtime allowance (OTA) arrears to all eligible employees w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 30.06.2017 under Section 59 of the Factories Act, 1948.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as no further order is required to be passed.
