This Rent Control Revision Petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 impugns the order [dated 11th April, 2017 in CS No.E-57/17/14 of the Court of Additional Rent Controller (ARC), District Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi] of eviction of the petitioners from portion of the premises bearing No.10489, Bagichi Peerji, Subzi Mandi, Delhi-110007 in a petition filed by respondents under Section 14(1)(e) of the Act. 4.

The counsel for the petitioners along with counsel for the respondents have mentioned the matter and state that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and the same be recorded and the petition be disposed of in terms thereof.

The petitioners jointly and severally undertake to this Court to hand over vacant physical possession of the premises to the respondents on or before 10th February, 2018 and to not induct any other person into the premises hereafter and to clear the electricity and water dues of the premises till the date of vacation and upon the respondents paying a sum of Rs.2.70 lacs to the petitioners towards fixtures and fittings installed by the petitioners in the premises.

The counsel for the respondents confirms.

The counsel for the petitioners in view of the above, withdraws the petition.

This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

9.

The petitioners are ordered to be bound by their undertakings aforesaid and informed of consequences of breach of undertaking given to this Court.
