% 16.12.2024 The present conviction has arisen out of FIR no.67 dated 05.03.3008 registered under Section 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Pahar Ganj. The said FIR has been quashed in CRL.M.C. 9833/2024 today. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement having been arrived at between the parties and the fact that FIR no.67 dated 05.03.3008 registered under Section 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Pahar Ganj has already been quashed in CRL.M.C. 9833/2024, he does not want to continue with the present appeal and he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.
