Issue notice. Mr. Jetley, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the ROC is not accepting the requisite fee for enabling them to take recourse to CODS-2018. Counsel submits that the petitioners will abide by the directions issued in that behalf with regard to the deposit of moneys as adverted to in the order dated 23.03.2018, passed in W.P. (C) 2954/2018, titled: Sameer Jain vs. Union of India & Anr.

Mr. Jetley says that he has no objection if the directions are issued in terms of Sameer Jain (Supra).

Accordingly, the application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners/applicants make deposit of moneys as per the directives contained in paragraphs 3(iv) and 3(v) of the order dated 23.3.2018 passed in W.P (C) 2954/2018.
