O R D E R

% 13.12.2017 This petition seeks the following reliefs:

"...(a) to direct the senior police officials or any other agency to investigate the present matter in independent and fair manner and bring out the true facts of the case; (b) provide complete CCTV Footage of the incident or in the alternative direct the concerned authority to preserve the entire CCTV footage of the incident dated 02.11.2013 and 03.11.2013...."

Ms. Rao the learned ASC for the State submits, upon instructions from the Investigating Officer, that the CCTV footage is of about one hour and ten minutes.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the incident and his stay at the airport, was over five hours and the CCTV footage should include all the relevant bits of the entire duration. Ms. Rao submits that all relevant documents and material would be considered and brought to the notice of the Trial Court at the relevant time.

The petition and the applications stand disposed off in the above terms.
