The matter has been placed before us in the National Lok Adalat with the consent of parties, who are present through their counsel. 2.

The parties have settled the dispute. The Oriental Insurance Company Limited-Respondent has agreed to pay a lump sum enhancement of Rs.4,80,000/- over and above the Award of the MACT amounting to Rs.13,98,600/- 3.

The Oriental Insurance Company Limited-respondent has brought separate cheques in favour of appellants/claimants. The details of the cheques are as follows:- (i) Cheque no. 524743 dated 02.07.2019 in favour of Savita for a sum of Rs.2,23,104/-.

(ii) Cheque no. 524744 dated 02.07.2019 in favour of Akhil for a sum of Rs.1,02,720/-.

MAC.APP. 367/2018

(iii) Cheque no. 524745 dated 02.07.2019 in favour of Maya Devi for a sum of Rs.51,456/- and (iv) Cheque no. 524746 dated 02.07.2019 in favour of Master Himanshu for a sum of Rs.1,02,720/-.

All the aforesaid cheques are drawn on the HSBC Ltd. New Delhi. The same are taken on record.

The Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee may release the cheques to the appellants/claimants Savita, Akhil, Himanshu and Maya Devi in terms of the Award on production of documents of identification 6.

The matter is accordingly settled.

This Award be placed on the record of the case. 8.

The file be consigned.
