In view of the order passed today in O.M.P. (COMM) 521/2018, the enforcement petition has become infructuous and is disposed of binding the parties to the terms of the settlement and the time line as indicated in the scheme.

In case the amounts are not paid to the decree-holder in terms of the time line indicated under "Vivad Se Vishas Scheme II", the decree-holder shall be entitled to revive the execution petition. 3.

The amount lying deposited in this court with up to date interest shall be released to the judgment-debtor and /or its nominee. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
