% 12.02.2019 Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that they have filed the counter affidavit. However, the same is not on record, even though a copy thereof stands received by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 to check with the registry and have the counter affidavit placed on record. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 submits that complete set of paper book has not been supplied to them. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have already supplied the copy of the paper book to respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Be that as it may, let a fresh set be supplied to learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 within a week. On the same being supplied, let counter affidavit on

behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 be filed within four weeks with advance copy to learned counsel for the petitioner who may file rejoinder thereto, if any, before the next date. Re-notify on 22.04.2019.
