% 17.11.2017 The grievance made in this petition is in respect of nonconsideration of petitioner's Review Petition (Annexure -19). The second prayer made in this petition is consequential to the grant of first prayer. Learned counsel for respondents on instructions submits that if the Review Petition (Annexure-19) is still pending, it would be positively disposed of by passing a speaking order within twelve weeks from today and its fate would be communicated to petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

Let it be so done. Needless to say, petitioner shall be at liberty to have recourse to law, if need be.
