Mr. Santosh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appears on behalf of respondent No.1/Registrar of Co-operative Societies and fairly does not refute this submission.

In view of the foregoing, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, whilst directing the respondent No.1/Registrar of Co-operative Societies to dispose of the above said representations dated 15.03.2016, 28.06.2016 and 17.02.2017, within a period of one week from today, under intimation to the petitioner. Pending applications also stand disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
