A. Permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition; B. Pass such other orders as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper."

This application was mentioned before this Court yesterday when the counsel for the respondent No.1 was also present. Suffice to state, the matter was heard by this court on March 15, 2018 and reserved for

Judgment. As the application has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition, which is opposed by Ms. Monika Arora, learned Standing Counsel for SDMC; who also alternatively pleads that the withdrawal should be subject to certain conditions, subject to the petitioner depositing a cost of Rs.10,000/- with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, the petition and the connected application being CM. No. 40380/2017 (for stay) are dismissed as withdrawn. Application stands disposed of.
