o/„ 13.11.2017 In the above-captioned two petitions, the direction sought is for release of arrear of salary w.e.f.

January, 2000. In the above-captioned first petition, petitioners-5'mf. Rajinder Kaur and Anr. had made representation (Annexure P-7) on 10^*^ October, 2017 whereas in the above-captioned second petition, petitioner-5w/. Nirmala Devi has not made any representation. Since the subject matter of these petitions is identical, therefore, they are being taken up for hearing and disposal together.

Petitioners' counsel submits that petitioner-^wr. Nirmala Devi will be making a representation within four weeks from today to first respondent with whom representation of petitioners-5m?. Rajinder Kaur W.P. (C) 10011/2017 & 10028/2017 i

and Anr. is still pending. If the representation of 10^^ October, 2017 (Annexure P-7) of petitioners-5'/w^ Rajinder Kaur and Anr. is still pending, then first respondent shall decide it by passing a speaking order within six weeks and the representation of petitioner-^mr. Nirmala Devi, if so received, shall be also decided within six weeks of receipt thereof and that too by passing a speaking order and the fate of both these representations be made known to petitioners in the above-captioned two petitions within two weeks thereafter so that petitioners may avail of the V remedies, as available in law.

With aforesaid directions, both these petitions and the applications are disposed of.
