% 20.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Court, Delhi on 12th September, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 735/2015 under Sections 420/406/506/34/120-B IPC registered at police station Shalimar Bagh may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Pankaj Kumar of police station Shalimar Bagh. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue, force, pressure or coercion. In terms of the settlement, petitioners have paid ` 2 lacs to the respondent no. 2 towards balance settled amount through a demand draft, photocopy whereof has been

placed on record. She submits that with this payment entire settled amount, that is, ` 4.50 lacs stands paid, therefore, she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties voluntarily and respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
