% 17.01.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. This Court has been informed that out of 25 witnesses which have been cited by the prosecution only 9 witnesses have been examined so far. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and to ensure that the witnesses particularly the recovery witnesses are examined as early as possible. Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty to seek bail at appropriate stage.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
