This is an application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., whereby the petitioner is seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 684/2014, under Section 451/380/323/34 IPC, registered at PS Sabzi Mandi.

Learned APP on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has joined and cooperated in investigation and not required for custodial interrogation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that petitioner has already joined and cooperated in investigation, it is directed that in the event of his arrest petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO. However, petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
