By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner is seeking quashing of FIR No.0415/2017, under Sections 354/354A/506 IPC, PS Jahangir Puri and proceedings arising thereof.

Notice. Learned APP as above accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a bare reading of the FIR and the complaint filed by the complainant/respondent No.2 the basic ingredient of the Section 354/354A/506 IPC are not satisfied. W.P.(CRL) 3131/2017

Learned APP for the State submits that investigation is still under progress.

As the investigation is still going on, merely on the basis of the contents of FIR, it is not for this Court to form an opinion whether necessary ingredients for the offence under Section 354/354A/506 IPC stands satisfied. 6.
The writ petition is dismissed.
