% 27.11.2017 Vide order dated 23.11.2017, the matter had been fixed for today in view of the averments in the petitioner that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner was fixed for 28.11.2017 and a copy of the marriage card was submitted by the petitioner on the record. The status report on behalf of the State verifying the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner in relation to the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner has been filed today. As per the status report the petitioner has already been granted interim bail from 25.11.2017 to 30.11.2017 by the learned Trial Court. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer made by the applicant seeking regular bail qua the offences punishable under Sections 308/34 of IPC, 1860 is declined and the
