% 10.11.2017 CM No.40433/2017 (exemption) CM No.40597/2017 (exemption) Exemptions are allowed subject to all just exceptions. LPA 713/2017 , CM No.40432/2017 (stay) & LPA 717/2017, CM Nos.40595/2017 (leave to file appeal),40596/2017 (for interim directions) 1.

An order of learned Single Judge dated 01.11.2017 is impugned in these two appeals - the appeals by the schools and the Association of the schools.

LPA 713/2017 & LPA 717/2017

2.

The narrow grievance is that the learned Single Judge has declined to grant any interim relief.

3.

The appellants' grievance is that the requirement of consolidation of representatives of parents from each section of every class, is cumbersome and, besides, contrary to the previous decision of this Court. 4.

This Court is facially of the opinion that the impugned guidelines are not per se a rigid procedure; the appellants may well be within their rights to hold separate meetings of the parents representatives, chosen on a transparent criteria, by exercise of their discretion. 5.

Having regard to these circumstances, no interference is called for. At the same time, the learned Single Judge, if approached by the appellants for advancing the date of hearing, would consider the same and ensure that the writ petitions are listed as per their convenience for final disposal. 6.

This order shall not be read as precluding the rights and contentions of the parties on merits of the appeals.

7.

The appeals are disposed of.
