The Writ Petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, for issuing directions for filing of Charge-Sheet in FIR No. 36/2010 in reference to DD No. 8761/2010 under Section 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

After making thorough interrogations, it has been submitted that the Charge-Sheets have already been filed on 18.04.2018 and since then, nothing further survives in the present case. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners, has further referred to Order dated 10.12.2018 where it was observed that soon after the filing of the Charge-Sheet, the Bail has already been granted to the accused persons by learned CMM. However, it is again explained by the Additional Standing Counsel that the Petitioners herein had filed an Application for cancellation of Bail, before the learned ASJ, though the same got dismissed. 4.

Submissions heard and the record perused.

In view of the fact that the Charge-Sheet has been filed way back in 2018, nothing more survives in the present Petition. However, considering that even the Charges have not been framed till date, learned Trial Court is directed to expeditiously proceed with the matter and make an endeavour to decide this case within one year.

With these directions, the Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners, to approach the Forum for appropriate remedy, if so be the need. Pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
