Proxy counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has moved an application for the removal of the name of the accused Nitin Chaudhary from the bad character list before the competent authority and he may be allowed to withdraw the petitions with the liberty to file fresh petitions on the same ground if the name of the accused Nitin Chaudhary is removed from the bad character list. Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

Accordingly, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. CRL.M.A.49782/2018 also stands dismissed as withdrawn.
