% 11.12.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by lack of response to his Legal Notice of 4th September, 2017 (Annexure P-15) vide which he has sought compliance of Office Order of 19th July, 2017 and correct fixation of his salary as well as grant of Transport Allowance. Notice.

Ms.Ritu Kumari, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of first respondent-DOE.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is disposed of, with direction to respondent No.1 to deal with petitioner's Legal Notice (Annexure P-15) while treating it to be a Representation, if not already done, within a period of twelve weeks from today and the fate of Legal Notice/Representation (Annexure P-15) be made known to W.P.(C) 10905/2017

petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. Needless to say, if the relief sought by petitioner in the Legal Notice/Representation (Annexure P-15) is not granted, then reasons for not doing so, be spelt out by first respondent.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
