O R D E R

% 27.04.2018 Mr.Sarvendra Singh, petitioner in person and the counsels for the respondents submit that the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted and the next date of proceeding before the Arbitral Tribunal is 21st May, 2018.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 14th November, 2017 shall continue till 21st May, 2018 and shall abide by any further directions of the Arbitral Tribunal that may be passed on an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 that may be filed by the petitioners.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the validity of the appointment of the Arbitral Tribunal. It is further made clear that the Arbitral Tribunal shall adjudicate the application filed by the petitioners uninfluenced by any observations made by this Court in the present proceedings.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions with no order as to costs.
