A perusal of record shows that appellant has not been represented since 12th November 2024, despite various dates before the Registrar of this Court. 2.

Moreover, the Joint Registrar has noted vide order dated 09th March 2026, that despite granting several opportunities, in terms of orders dated 02nd September 2024, 12th November 2024, 25th February 2025, 07th August 2025 and 19th November 2025, appellant has not taken any steps to serve respondent no. 3, and the Process Fee has also not been filed. 3.

Considering this, it seems that appellant does not want to prosecute the appeal any further.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.
