% 15.11.2017 Petitioner claims to be working as Junior Assistant on contract basis with respondent No. 2-University for last more than eight years and he had purportedly made first representation on 9th July, 2014 (Annexure-E) followed by three more representations. The last representation was made by petitioner on 17th October, 2017. The grievance of petitioner is that there is no response from the respondentUniversity to petitioner's Representations. None appears on behalf of respondent No.2-University despite service of advance notice.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2-University to decide petitioner's representation of 9th July, 2014, 6th August, 2014, 25th August, 2014 and 17th October, 2017, if so received, by passing a speaking order within six W.P.(C) 10133/2017

weeks from today and the fate of the representations be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
