% 22.02.2019 Petitioner impugns order dated 29.07.2017 whereby the appeal of the petitioner impugning order dated 02.05.2017 was dismissed.

The petitioner/complainant had impugned the acceptance of the claim of juvenility of respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending consideration of these proceedings, respondent No.2 has already been acquitted by the Juvenile Justice Board and as such he does not press this petition.
