Bail Appln. 2297/2017 It is submitted that complainant is cousin of petitioner. She has alleged in the FIR that petitioner and his parents forcibly entered in her house and gave beatings to her and her parents, inasmuch as, tore their clothes. As per the allegations in the FIR, petitioner had kicked the complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and co-accused were not armed with any weapon. A family dispute have led to a quarrel resulting in registration of present FIR No. 526/2017 under Sections 451/354/323/354(B)/506/34 IPC at police station Vivek Vihar, on the

complain of complainant.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
