% 27.11.2017 This is an application under section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the award by the Sole Arbitrator in arbitration proceedings that are pending between the parties.

Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the grant of prayer made in the petition. I, accordingly extend time for making of the award by a further period of six months w.e.f. 3rd November, 2017.

Application is allowed in the above terms.
