% 14.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably;

therefore, FIR no.1286/2014 under Sections 186/353/332/34 IPC read with Section 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, may be quashed. It is further submitted that incident took place on trivial issue. The verbal duel between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 resulted in scuffle. Respondent no. 2 did not sustain any injury as no MLC is there. Respondent no. 2 is present in court and has

been identified by SI Vijay Singh of Police Station Prashant Vihar. He says that he has settled the matter with petitioner of his own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Settlement Agreement/M.O.U. dated 6th November, 2017. Respondent no. 2 submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2,voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR no.1286/2014 under Sections 186/353/332/34 IPC read with Section 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
