% 13.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owing to subsequent developments after filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition. He seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file another writ petition, if required and necessary.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, the respondents would be entitled to contest the new writ petition by making reference to the pleadings made in the present writ petition.
