ORDER

07.08.2019 % A status report has been filed by the respondent SDMC. Para 6 of the status report reads as under:

"The pursuant to aforesaid action initiated by the answering respondent, the owner of the subject property filed application for getting the alleged excess coverage / deviations regularized vide file No. 65/B/UCR/CNZ/2018 dated an Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

12.12.2018. After scrutiny of the case, existing construction of the property has been regularized by the department after realizing amount of Rs.3,50,766/- towards compounding fee vide G-8, receipt No. 40441 dated 22.07.2019. " The status report is taken on record.

In view of the status report filed by the respondent SDMC, Mr. Kuldeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petitions, the petitions and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn.
