Both the parties are present in Court with their respective counsels. 2.

The respondent has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage against the petitioner which is pending before the learned Family Court. 3.

The petitioner, who is the respondent before the Family Court, is seeking permission to cross-examine the respondent and permission to examine her brother as witness.

In the interest of justice, one last opportunity is granted to the petitioner to cross-examine the respondent. The petitioner is also granted one opportunity to examine her brother as a witness before the learned Family Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner's brother be examined first and the cross-examination of the respondent be conducted thereafter to which learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection.

The proceedings are listed before the learned Family Court on 01st May, 2018 when the petitioner shall file the affidavit by way of evidence of her brother whereupon the learned Family Court shall fix the case for cross-

examination of the petitioner's brother. After the cross-examination of the petitioner's brother, the Family Court shall fix the case for crossexamination of the respondent by the petitioner. 7.

Learned counsels for both the parties agree not to seek any adjournment for the cross-examination of the evidence of the petitioner's brother and thereafter, cross-examination of the respondent. The statement of the learned counsels for the parties is taken on record. 8.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The pending applications are disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsels for both the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
