% 22.03.2018 The Arbitrator has already been appointed by the respondent for adjudicating the disputes between the parties. In view of such appointment, interim order dated 13.11.2017 is extended, subject to further order being passed by the Arbitrator. The parties may, if so advised, file an appropriate application seeking modification/variation/vacation of this order before the Arbitrator, which shall be considered on its own merit by the Arbitrator. The petitioner shall keep extending the validity of the Bank Guarantee(s)/FDR(s) during the pendency of the Arbitral Proceedings and for a further period of one month thereafter. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
