Today, learned counsel for respondents has handed over a copy of the order passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.4974/2016 by virtue of which the matter has been remanded back to this Court. The same is taken on record.

In view of the order dated 22nd May, 2015 having been set aside, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
