In terms of the order dated 21.11.2017 two demand drafts for the sum of `37,500/- have been filed.

During the course of arguments it was agreed that this amount shall be paid to the respondents No.2 to 4 without prejudice in terms of the order dated 26.09.2017 of the learned Trial Court. Payment of this amount shall be without prejudice and shall be adjustable if any maintenance amount is granted to the respondents No.2 to 4. In case the maintenance is declined to the respondents No.2 to 4, the amount so paid to them shall be refunded.
