% 22.01.2018 In this petition, Result Notice of 25th October, 2017 (Annexure P-4) is assailed.

Learned counsel for respondent-Institute has placed on record copy of Public Notice appearing in Newspaper of 5th December, 2017 which indicates that the Written Examination held on 9th October, 2017 stands cancelled and the list of shortlisted candidates as well as selected candidates published on respondent-Institute's Website has been withdrawn.

Since the Result Notice (Annexure P-4) already stands withdrawn, therefore, this petition and the application have become infructuous and are disposed of as such.
