% 28.05.2019 Vide impugned order of 25th October, 2017, second respondent has been granted pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 626/2017, under Sections 376/506 IPC and Section 6 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012, registered at police station Khajuri Khas, Delhi. Learned counsel for second respondent informs that the case is pending before the trial court for recording of statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

Since the trial of this case is at its fag end, therefore, impugned order is not interfered with.
