% 05.02.2016 I.A. No. 1387/2016 This application has jointly been moved by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC to record their settlement. The application is signed by the parties as well as their respective counsel and is supported by the affidavit of Mr. B.K. Gupta, the Deputy General Manager - Legal and Authorised Signatory of the plaintiff as well as the affidavit of Mr. Gagan Malhotra, the proprietor of the defendant. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.
