% 03.11.2015 The learned counsel for the Revenue states that the Assessing Officer is in the process of verifying the refund claim based upon the appeal effect to be given to the order passed by the Commissioner of Income-Tax (Appeals) pertaining to financial year 201011. The date of the order is 23.09.2014.

This writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the entire process of verification and granting of appeal effect shall be completed within a period of four weeks from today. In case it is not done, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before this court. The writ petition stands disposed of.
