CONT.CAS(C) 770/2017 Counsel for the petitioner submits that as the permission letter dated November 17, 2017 has been received, he has been instructed, not to press the contempt petition. However, he submits as per clause 4 of the letter, the permission is only from sunrise to sunset, which condition is at variance with the scheme approved by the Supreme Court of India, which contemplates market times are to be observed. Mr. Sri Harsha Peechara submits that appropriate instructions would be issued.
