1. The present petition has been filed under Section 378(5) Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/complainant seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 13.09.2017 CC No. 305/2/14 on the file of MM, (SE), Saket Courts, New Delhi. Vide the impugned judgment, the respondent was acquitted under Section 255(1) Cr.P.C of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
