% 06.08.2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:

"It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that in the interest of justice, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions directing the respondent No.2 to 3 to demarcate the land bearing Khasra No.509/1 owned by petitioner No.1 and Khasra No.513/3/1 owned by petitioner No.2 measuring 0-18 biswas and 2 bigha respectively situated in extended lal dora abadi within the revenue estate of Village Dera Mandi, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi; and b) Pass any other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present

case."

The right of the respondents to file counter affidavit was closed. Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, learned ASC appearing for the respondents state, he has instructions from the respondent No.2 to state that the demarcation with regard to the petitioners land is under process and the same shall be completed within eight weeks from today. The said statement is taken on record.

In view of the submission made by Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, Mr. Sudhir Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners state that the same shall satisfy the grievance of the petitioners in the writ petition. The same be disposed of as such.
