% 11.12.2017 Petitioner submits that he is the petitioner in the above three criminal revision petitions and he has no objection if the amount of Rs.45,000/- deposited by him in the Trial Court is released to the respondent No.2 Dinesh Kumar Singh.

Statement of the petitioner has been recorded separately. Crl.Rev. P. Nos.872/2017, 875/2017& 876/2017

In view of the statement recorded by the petitioner, let the amount of Rs.45,000/- be refunded to the respondent No.2 with reference to order dated 28.09.2017, receipt no.614667, 614668 & 614669 in CC Nos. 53756/2016, 53757/2016 & 48151/2016 dated 25.08.2017. Nothing remains in the above three criminal revision petitions. The petitions stand disposed of.
