% 23.01.2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Monitoring Committee submit that the issues and the facts raised in this writ petition are identical to another writ petition being W.P.(C) 8647/207 titled as "South Delhi Municipal Corporation Delhi vs. Brigadier (Retd.) A.S. Popli & Anr." which was disposed of vide order dated 18.12.2019. It is submitted that in view of the said order, this petition be also disposed of with the same directions.

W.P.(C)No. 8647/2019 was disposed of by this court with the following directions:- "17.

Keeping in view the status report filed by the Monitoring Committee and the aforenoted orders of the Supreme Court, it would be for the petitioner to take further appropriate steps as per law/as per the directions passed by the Supreme Court. The petitioner is also free to approach the Monitoring Committee/Supreme Court for appropriate directions/further proceedings."

The present petition is disposed of as above. Pending application also stands disposed of.
