% 29.11.2017 This appeal is utterly frivolous. This Court is at a loss to discern as to how a responsible Government could even maintain it. The grievance articulated is that the respondents had approached the Court belatedly - having secured compensation in 1980 for acquisition of land in 1962. The Court notices that the impugned order clearly extracted the previous directions dated 07.02.2012 in Raghunath Singh v. DDA and Ors. [W.P.(C) 10119/2009] preferred by the writ petitioner on an earlier occasion. On that occasion, the Court had directed the Government to process the application for allotment of alternative plot. In these circumstances, the Court discerns nothing erroneous or shockingly unreasonable in the approach adopted by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order in issuing the directions that were sought for. The appeal is accordingly dismissed along with the pending applications. S. RAVINDRA BHAT, J SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J NOVEMBER 29, 2017/ajk
