The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.228/2016 under Sections 363/366/342/376N/506 IPC and Section 06 POCSO Act registered at Police Station Vasant Vihar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2017. The prosecutrix and her mother have since been examined. Earlier the petitioner was admitted to bail under Section 167 (2) Cr.P.C. He was subsequently taken to custody on 26.02.2017. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement, the prosecutrix stated that she had married the petitioner and was willing to reside with him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
