% 29.07.2016 CM No. 27067/2016 (for release of the fund) By the present application, the applicant/respondent seeks permission of the court to withdraw the rent deposited by the petitioner before the Registrar General of this court from September 2015 to May 2016. This court vide order dated 05.10.2015 had directed the petitioner to pay damages @ Rs.10,000/- per month and deposit the same before the Registrar General of this court.

Subsequently, the present petition was dismissed by this court vide order dated 05.05.2016 and the SLP filed by the petitioner was also dismissed.

Learning counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to the application. The same is accordingly allowed. The Registrar General is directed to release the sum deposited by the petitioner in favour of the respondent with accumulated interest, if any, The application stands disposed of.
