Petitioner had impugned order dated 23.08.2017, whereby, the appeal of the petitioner, impugning order dated 29.03.2017 assessing the interim maintenance, was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that dispute between the parties have been settled and Settlement Agreement dated 22.02.2019 has been executed. They submit that the parties shall abide by their respective obligations under the said Settlement Agreement. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement, petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 4.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed. 5.

Next date of 29.04.2019 is cancelled.
