CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 05.09.2018 Respondent nos. 2 and 3 namely Praveen and Sunil are present in Court and have been identified by SI Gajendra Singh of police station Ranjit Nagar. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they have settled their disputes amicably with petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
They further submit that petitioners have compensated them by paying them ` 20,000/- each and they have no objection in case FIR No.212/2014 under sections 307/324/341/34 IPC is quashed against petitioners.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J SEPTEMBER 05, 2018/sm
